June 2004 - Believe it or not, this was my first ever flight in a private airplane! Thanks to my loving fiancee, Christine, I am the proud owner of this wonderful experience. We flew together in the front seat and Rod Magner of Orcas Island flew us around with Pavorotti wailing in the headsets. I knew this was going to be dangerous for me, because I have been building and flying model airplanes since I can remember. This little flight not only blew my mind, but set me on my own journey to get a PPL (private pilot license) and beyond...
